Artistic Gymnastics for School Age Boys and Girls
Gymnastics Unlimited offers a safe comprehensive program which includes
- warm-up exercises
- tumbling
- individualized instruction on all the Olympic events
- the trampoline
- 33’ tumble Trak®
- pit training
This is accomplished in a small group environment evaluated twice a year with each child reveiving a Skill
Poster at the endof the year exhibition.
A student’s skills are evaluated during the year through the nationally trademark “FUN AND FIT Gymnastics POSTER REWARD PROGRAM” The skill evaluation testing provides a consistent and uniform level of achievement in the program. REPETITION of elements and providing a basic foundation on which to build. These are keys to the proper development in gymnastics. Each child progresses through the skill levels at his or her own pace, assuring proper technique and safety. Students are registered by ability (LEVELS I through VI) to provide consistency with each class. LEVEL I am an entry level for all new students.
