Weekend Rates apply all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Weekday Rates apply Monday through Thursday.
ARRIVE NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR PARTY TIME. Your party room will not be ready till the time listed on your invoice.
Parties are staggered by 15 minutes. Overlapping with other parties will occur in the inflatable gym area
OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS ARE NOT PERMITTED (You may bring in your own cake and Goody Bags. Exceptions are made for children with allergies)
CHILDREN UNDER 1 YEARS OLD ARE FREE and do not count towards the total jumper count. Inflatables are not safe for children under twenty three months. A parent must always be monitoring their toddlers closely in the Jump Gym. A separate play area is available for children 1 year to 23 months.
Parents Jump for Free and are not included in the Birthday count. However, our safety rule is one at a time, therefore adults cannot hold children when going down the slides. Be aware, equal sized people should jump at the same time. Adults should always stay clear of little people when jumping. (250 lb limit per person)
75 minutes of the party is spent in the inflatable gym and game room combined, the final 45 minutes in the party room with a NO RETURN to the gym or game room.
A waiver form must be signed at the initial visit for each participant by their PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN. entering the gymnasium area PARENTS INCLUDED!. Waivers are kept on file for repeat visits. Waivers are included on the Invitations. Additional waiver forms can be printed the home page drop down
All persons entering the gym (adults and children) must wear socks. If you forgot, socks are available for sale in the foyer ($3)
Please NO BELTS, BUCKLES, WATCHES, BARRETTES, AND ANY OTHER SHARP ITEMS ALLOWED!!
$100 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED upon booking your child's birthday party.
Please make your party guests aware of these guidelines before your child's party.

CANCELLATION POLICY
DEPOSITS CAN BE REFUNDED WHEN PARTIES ARE CANCELLED AT LEAST 30 DAYS IN ADVANCED. Any cancellations done within the 30 days will not receive the deposit back.
PAYMENT POLICY: We accept MasterCard and Visa as well as cash for payment of your birthday party. Checks are not accepted.

One of the main things to remember is we do NOT allow bare feet in the gym area. Both children and adults must have socks on. So remember to come with your socks on!!

During our busy times, be sure to use our JUMP AHEAD PROGRAM to prepurchase tickets before you even leave your house. JUMP AHEAD will ensure you have a reserved spot in our Open Bounces during school holidays and vacations. Parents are required to stay with their children. No drop offs except on Drop & Shop. Parents jump FREE!!
